3. Now, place the puff pastry sheets in the tart mold and place another layer of wax paper with something in the center so that it does not rise.

4. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Then, put the tray in the fridge for about 15 more minutes.

5. It is time then to take to the oven for about 15 minutes at 200º C. Do not forget to bathe with a little egg yolk.

6. At the end of the time, remove what you have placed to make weight and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.

7. When they are ready just place on a rack and let cool.

The tartlets can be of different sizes, it may well be bite-sized, but if you don't have a tart mold you can use one for cupcakes.

You just have to contemplate the amount of filling that you have to place. Especially if they are sweet so that they do not cloak and allow you to close the meeting with a flourish.
