How to make cookies quickly and easily

For those snacks at home with your children, we show you the simplest way of how to make cookies easily and quickly. You don't need many ingredients and its flavor will be spectacular.

We all love cookies, the creativity is in adding some sweet flavors that will increase its flavor. Vanilla cookies with a touch of lemon and chocolate rain to decorate. A snack for the little ones in the house.

Ingredients to make cookies at home

• 1 cup of wheat flour.

• ½ cup of sugar.

• 50 grams of butter or oil.

• 1 egg

• Lemon zest.

• Half tablespoon of vanilla.

• baking powder

  

How to prepare the cookies:

1. In a bowl begin to beat the sugar and butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2. Add the egg and lemon zest and continue beating

3. Then add the wheat flour little by little and continue beating. Avoid lumps in the mixture.

4. Finally, add the vanilla and a pinch of baking powder.

5. Preheat in oven to 140 degrees Celsius.

6. Take a tray and spread it with butter and flour, sprinkle everything until it is completely covered.

7. With a spoon you will take small portions of the mixture and place them separately on the tray. You can add a small detail to decorate each cookie (chocolate drops, dandies, colored rain, among others) before entering it in the oven.

It will only be a matter of waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for them to be ready. You can let them rest and give it as a snack with a delicious glass of milk.
