How to make homemade ladyfingers?

Granulated sugar.
2 eggs.
120 grams of sugar for the egg whites.
Vanilla essence.
40 grams of sugar for the yolks.
60 grams of flour.
Powdered sugar.
30 grams of corn starch.
Preparation of the biscuits
At first, you should separate the whites from the yolks in different containers.
The clear ones, bring them to the point of snow, so that they can form firm peaks. Don't forget to mix well with the sugar.
Then, beat the yellow with the sugar. Do not stop beating until its size has doubled.
When the yolks reach their point, add the vanilla.
Then integrate the egg whites with a palette, trying to conserve as much air as possible.
Now, mix the flour and cornstarch and then sift them over the mixture of eggs and sugar that you have prepared.
When it is well integrated, preheat the oven to 180 °C. and prepare a tray where you can cook them in the oven.
Help yourself with a pastry bag to give it the shape of a stick or fingers, approximately 10 centimeters.
When you have them ready, sprinkle powdered sugar on the outside and a little granulated sugar. Preferably on each one and not on the entire tray.
Put the trays in the oven and wait about 8 minutes, more or less.
