How to prepare yogurt cake?
The yogurt cake recipe that I bring you this day is very simple, it only has four ingredients. Its base will be made of natural yogurt without sugar and containing gluten-free flour.

75 grams of cornstarch,
750 grams of natural Greek yogurt,
15 grams of sweetener,

Step-by-step preparation of the yogurt cake
1. Start by preheating the oven to about 180 °C.
2. Place the eggs, the sweetener and the Greek yogurt in a bowl. Help yourself with a hand mixer.
Avoid making very jerky movements that can inject a lot of air into the recipe. Use gentle movements even if this takes time.
3. With this first mixture ready, add the cornstarch and integrate again until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
In this step you can use the nut flour that you like the most if you do not want to use the cornstarch, the important thing is that it is gluten-free. If gluten is not a determining factor, you can sift wheat flour in the same amount.
4. Choose a mold and cover with waxed paper.
5. Pour the mixture and drop the mold on the table so that any bubbles or air that have remained are gone.
6. Bake, lower the heat to 165 °C and cook for an hour and ten minutes more or less.
7. For this preparation you should not only see the golden crust to remove from the oven, it is necessary to do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean you can take out.
8. Place on a rack to cool completely. Very cold, put in the fridge for a few hours, a couple at least with everything and mold.
9. At the end of the time, unmold, remove the waxed paper, decorate. And good appetite!
Some variants and recommendations
You can use Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt, which will make the recipe less fat and lighter.
You might as well add a little cream or whipping cream to supplement the fat content if you decide to use Greek yogurt.
A recommendation that will prevent your cake from breaking is not to foam the mixture so much.
If you can make yogurt at home much better, since the benefits will be greater.
Do not forget to sift the flour at least a couple of times if it is wheat.
