In a saucepan pour the tablespoons of vegetable oil, when heating a little add the onions and garlic to fry a little.
With the saucepan over medium heat, add the sliced potatoes and mix them with the onion and garlic until they soften.
Then the minced beef is added into strips, before incorporating it remember to season it with salt and pepper.
When browning the meat a little, you can add the tomato, the coriander chopped into small pieces and the chili.
Finally, you can season with a little more salt and pepper. Ideally, the stew is fully cooked. You can add a glass of water to give more juice to the stew.
