Mango ice cream and coconut yogurt with furikake

Everyone at some point gives us wanting something rich and refreshing. Especially on a hot afternoon.

For this reason, I bring you a recipe to prepare a Mango ice cream and coconut yogurt with furikake to delight your palate.

Ingredients

As this recipe has several elements, we will prepare it in parts:

  • Mango Ice Cream.

  • 2 mangoes.

  • For the Furikake.

  • Water.

  • Nori seaweed.

  • Sugar.

  • Toasted coconut.

  • Rice.

For the vegan yogurt

  • Prebiotics.

  • Coconut milk.

To advance a bit of time we have decided to buy the mango ice cream. This is a preparation in which the ingredients take time to be ready, plus the preparation is really simple.

Also consider how you want to present them, as you may require a special mold. Taking this into account and with the rest of the ingredients on hand, it is time to start:

Coconut yogurt

For the vegan yogurt:

  1. In a container we mix the two ingredients of the vegan yogurt.

  2. Have a sterile glass jar on hand, and we will seal to hold two days before use.

For the furikake

  1. In a pot, place the water and sugar and bring to a boil.

  2. Then we roast the rice at 190 degrees Celsius in the oven. The rice should turn a golden color.

  3. When the sugar is ready, place it on a tray.

  4. Then, soak the nori seaweed a little and then in a tray, take the seaweed to dehydrate for about 30 minutes in the oven.

  5. With all the stitches ready, cut the seaweed and coconut into squares. Next, mix the ingredients together with the rice in a bowl.

  6. Wash and peel the mango to remove its pulp and cut it into pieces.

  7. With the help of a mixer or blender, add the coconut yogurt and beat until it thickens.

  8. When serving, place in a round mold, and place a layer of mango, another of rice, one of ice cream, then the furikake and yogurt.

  9. Place in this order without fail. Unmold, serve And good appetite!

This craving is extremely quick and easy to do. Although it is made up of several parts, it does not represent a high degree of difficulty.

This preparation admits other types of sweet fruits such as apple, although with pineapple and other citrus fruits, this ice cream should also be very good.

What you should consider is the assembly at the time of serving. If you have small molds, you can serve the portion or, failing that, simply chop the portions and serve.
