Preparation of the rice pudding flan

1. Wash the rice very well, rinsing a couple of times with cold water.

2. Now, we scale the rice. To do this, you need to boil water. When it is ready, with the help of a setter, submerge the rice in this water and remove them.

3. Repeat the process one more time.

4. When the rice is ready, take it to a pot. Add the milk and sugar.

5. Let it boil until all the liquid has evaporated.

6. When ready, remove from heat and wait for it to cool. Wait the necessary time, because if the egg cannot be overcooked.

7. Next, add the egg and cream.

8. Then, we take it to the oven in a flan box. This must be placed in a water bath at 160 °C for approximately 45 minutes.
