100 grams of walnuts
450 grams of flour
75 grams of sugar
50 grams of butter
20 grams of fresh yeast
8 grams of vanilla sugar
250 milliliters of milk
1 pinch of salt
Ingredients to decorate before baking
3 tablespoons of milk
1 egg yolk
Pearl sugar
Ingredients for garnishing after baking
75 grams of sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons of ground walnut
Preparation method
We will start by crushing the nuts as much as possible, if you wish you can pass them through a cheese grater or put them in the blender for a few seconds.
After this we place them in a separate bowl while we continue with the preparation.
In another bowl we place the flour and make a hole in the center of it.
In another separate container, place the milk at room temperature and add a small spoonful of sugar along with a spoonful of yeast.
Once the milk is beaten, we take this mixture and pour it into the center of the flour, slightly covering the edge of the flour.
With the help of a cloth we cover the bowl and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, we add the rest of our ingredients to the bowl.

We mix all the ingredients until we get a homogeneous dough.
We will knead for a time of 10 minutes if we knead by hand.

Having the pretzels ready, we place them on a tray with baking paper.
