Sweet Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are an excellent choice for sweets, which depending on the size we give them, are ideal for different types of meetings or simply as an appetizer.

Ingredients
The ingredients will be separated into 3 parts, since we must prepare, on the one hand, the dough and, on the other hand, the glaze. In the same way, you must have the ingredients to prepare the filling aside, so let's go there with the ingredients and have everything ready to start.
For the mass
This amount yields approximately 20 servings.
600 g of common wheat flour.
125 ml of warm milk.
125 ml of water.
75g of butter.
75g of sugar.
2 large eggs.
25 g of fresh yeast or 10 g of dry baker's yeast.
1 spoon of vanilla.
1 pinch of salt.
1 egg to paint.
For the filling
30g of butter.
75 g of brown sugar.
Cinnamon powder.
For the glaze
100 g of cream cheese.
100 g of icing sugar.
30g of butter.
6 or 7 tablespoons of milk.
Cinnamon roll preparation method
Before starting, you must take into account that it is an important factor to prepare a dough that rises enough and that has its preparation times for it.
We start by using a bowl and placing the flour inside it and we make a hole in the center and add the milk together with the two eggs, the vanilla, the pinch of salt, the sugar and finally the yeast.
We proceed to beat the mixture to obtain a dough that you can beat in any mixer or kitchen appliance you want.
Once the dough is ready, add the butter at room temperature and continue mixing for about 10 minutes until it is completely integrated and the dough is much smoother.
On the work surface we put a little flour and place the dough and cover it on all sides.
We oil the bowl and place the dough inside it again, add a little oil on the outside of the dough, covering it completely and cover the bowl with transparent paper or film.
Let it rest for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
We put flour again on the work table and extend our dough in the shape of a rectangle, put another little flour on it and with the help of a rolling pin we stretch.
This to finish removing the air that may remain inside the dough and thus make it easier to form the roll.
Once the rectangle is ready, we paint it with melted butter.
You can help with your hands so that you can verify that you completely covered the surface.
Followed by that we place brown sugar all over the surface and reaching all the sides and corners.
You should avoid filling the side that you will use as a sealer with brown sugar.
Press with the palm of your hand, making low pressure to adhere the sugar well.
With the help of a strainer, sprinkle the cinnamon to taste over the entire surface of the stretched dough.
Once the previous step is ready, we enlist our dough in its entirety.
You must roll up starting from the side with brown sugar towards the one without.
Having our roll ready, we add another little flour on the work surface to proceed to cut it.
We calculate half of the roll and cut it to in turn cut each half into 10 portions. We try to make the portions the same size, if this is not the case, you should not worry, since they will still be delicious.
We proceed to place them on the tray trying to leave enough space between them. You should use a preferably rectangular tray, add butter to grease it very well and thus prevent the rolls from sticking.
We let them rest covered by film or transparent paper again for approximately 1 hour so that they double their size again.
We proceed to preheat the oven to 190º, during this process we beat an egg to paint our cinnamon rolls with the help of a kitchen brush.
We take the tray to the oven and leave for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool while we proceed to prepare the glaze.
Glaze Preparation
We start by placing the cream cheese in a container together with the butter at room temperature, the icing sugar and a little milk and we proceed to beat.
While we beat if the mixture is a little thick, we continue adding milk until we obtain a consistency that allows us to distribute it over the entire surface of the cinnamon rolls.
We distribute with the help of a teaspoon without any specific order, you can place only a little if you want once removed from the tray add a little more.
So all that remains is to remove them from the tray and ready you can try some rich and delicious cinnamon rolls.
