  1. Put the brownies in a bag and crumble them. Then place them in a bowl, add some melted butter and knead.

  2. In a separate saucepan, pour sugar, milk, and honey and place on the stove over medium heat. Once the mixture is hot, remove it from the kitchen, as you should not let it boil.

  3. Take the previous mixture to the freezer, but be careful not to freeze it.

  4. When the mixture is cold, begin to add the whipped cream little by little with encircling movements.

  5. Pour the ice cream into a topper and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. At the end of that time, start beating with electric rods and return to the covered topper for another hour.

  6. Repeat the process explained in the previous step at least two to three more times or until you notice that the mixture has thickened enough.

Steps for its preparation:

  1. Add milk in a saucepan and bring to medium heat on the stove, but reserve a glass. When it is about to boil, remove from the heat, add the vanilla and let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Add the cornstarch to the glass of milk that you have reserved and mix carefully so that there are no lumps. Booking.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and add the vanilla sugar, so that the eggs foam.
