  • A peach

  • A pear

  • Stuffed olives

  • 6 sliced mushrooms

  • A cup of juice from the strained turkey

  1. Remove the neck and giblet bag from inside the turkey.

Preparation for baking and baking

  1. In a high-walled skillet, add the bacon and sauté for a few minutes over medium heat.

  1. Place the potatoes (with skin) in a bowl, chop them into four pieces each and begin to mash them.

  2. Add 45 grams of butter and salt and continue mashing.
