Two ideal keto desserts for your diet: Tiramisu and healthy creme brulee

Ingredients:
A tablespoon of butter.
A tablespoon of cream cheese.
A tablespoon of almond milk.
Egg.
Two tablespoons of coconut flour.
A quarter tablespoon of baking powder.
Three ounces of cream cheese.
Half a cup of milk cream.
20 drops of liquid Stevia.
A quarter cup of strong coffee.
An ounce of rum.
A spoonful of vanilla essence.
Cocoa powder, necessary amount.
Steps for its preparation:
Preparation of the cake
Choose a small refractory where you can bake and melt the butter there for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Pour the cream cheese, the almond milk, crack the egg and mix everything very well until the liquid has no lumps.
Add the coconut flour and baking powder and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Once you have the cake dough ready, smooth the surface and take it to the microwave for a minute and a half or to the oven for 12 minutes at 180 ° C.
While the cake is still hot, unmold and let cool.
Preparation of the filling:
Add half a cup of heavy cream to a bowl and begin beating vigorously until you get stiff peaks in the mixture. That is, the mixture must rise by doubling its volume.
Add the cream cheese and integrate beating with the help of a spatula. Ideally, it should be at room temperature to make it softer. Also mix it one ounce at a time.
Pour the 20 drops of liquid Stevia and continue mixing until it is integrated.
Elaboration of the coffee moje:
In a bowl, pour the quarter cup of coffee, followed by the ounce of rum and the vanilla essence.
Mix well with any spoon until integrated.
Tiramisu assembly:
Very carefully and with the help of a serrated knife, cut the cake in half. Then, cut strips or rows of cake about 2 cm wide.
Dip each of the sponge fingers in the coffee and rum mixture and make a layer with them in a refractory. Later, pour a little of the wet on top.
Place a layer of the filling on top and flatten with a spoon. Remember that you still have to save half of the filling for the next layer.
Repeat step two and form a new layer with your fingers on the cake.
Finally, pour the rest of the cream over the sponge fingers and flatten again.
Sprinkle some cocoa powder over the finished tiramisu to decorate. Ideally, do it with a strainer for a professional finish.
Take the tiramisu to the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour so that it takes consistency.

Keto Creme Brulee Recipe
Ingredients:
A cup and a half of milk cream that does not have sugar or carbohydrates.
Three egg yolks.
A quarter cup of Stevia.
A pinch of salt.
A few drops of vanilla essence.
Steps for its preparation:
Pour the cup and a half of heavy cream into a pot, followed by a little vanilla essence and take it to the stove over medium heat to heat it until it reaches a boiling point.
While the cream is infusing, separate the whites from the egg yolks and pour the yolks into a bowl, as this is what you will need for the creme brulee.
Add the Stevia and start beating vigorously until everything is integrated.
When the cream reaches the boiling point, remove from the heat and immediately begin to pour the cream little by little into the yolk mixture while continuing to whisk vigorously. This process is called “tempering the yolks”.
Double strain the creme brulee mixture to make sure there are no lumps.
Pour the cremee brulee mixture into the containers where you will bake and place them on a tray with enough water, which should half cover the creme brulee bowls. This is because it must be cooked in a bain-marie.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and take the tray inside. As for the cooking time, this can vary from 45 minutes to an hour depending on the size of the baking bowls and the efficiency of your oven.
Once the creme brulee is ready, let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature and pour a tablespoon of Stevia over each bowl, distributing well over the surface.
In this step you will have two options, one is to use a flamer to brown the surface, or take it to the oven again, setting it so that the heat comes from the top and let it brown for 2 minutes.
Finally, reserve in the refrigerator until the moment of tasting them.
