This man so mentioned lately in Ecuador, is a priest who manages to reach the fifth power of the state of this country; Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS).

Some political members and citizens say that the priest is being used by former President Correa to start his political movement anew and somehow achieve power in future times.

Despite the prohibitions of his religious congregation and the church as such not to belong to this type of movement, much less to make campaigns or presentations with the usual clothes of priest José Carlos Tuáres, he ignores and presents himself before society to run campaigns.

He goes to his father's habit, to religious objects, biblical quotes and others both to make himself known and to address the communication, government and citizenship entities, perhaps to attract attention and create authenticity in his campaign.

During his political movement in CPCCS he has managed to summon many young people from Guayaquil and Manabí, and it is seen that this priest has always been a correista.

On July 19, priest José during the assembly in the care of Esmeralda, assured that the Lord had spoken to him, telling them that everyone should go home and that they should not continue paying 137 assembly members who do nothing for the country.

Even though the priest has been claiming to be a man of GOD, he has shown to have many "sins" and usually tells many lies when speaking.

Well, many details of his life have come to light, I assure you do not have properties, however, it was discovered secretly from the church that he owns several, he also said that he directed a radio station and was director of human resources in a convent in Salamanca, but the entities denied this. In addition, he had already been subscribed to candidacies before, but had withdrawn before starting as such in campaigns among many other things that have been made known about the life of the priest.
