President Joe Biden signs a law on financial support for victims of the Havana Syndrome
President Joe Biden signed the Act to help all American victims of Neurological Attacks, known as the Havana Act 2021.
The law
The law, explains, financial and medical help for all those affected by brain injuries due to the attacks.
