Stuffed Mushrooms

It is a recipe to accompany a dish with any type of meat or use it as a raisin.


  • 225 grams of medium mushrooms

  • 4 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 small onion

  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley


Clean the mushrooms by separating the tops from the stems. Arrange the lids, hollow side up, forming a layer, on an ovenproof baking sheet.

Now, cover and place in a cool place in the kitchen. Cut the stems very often. Place the butter to melt in a pan over medium heat.

Once the pan is finally hot, add the onion until it crystallizes or browns a little.

Then add the stalks along with the breadcrumbs and parsley, stirring for about 8 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and take the container with the mushroom caps to the oven, previously covered with aluminum, for 5 min until well cooked.

When the mushrooms are ready, fill each lid with the breadcrumb mixture, cover and place in the oven. When placing the tray, turn off the oven and wait 5 min.

At the end of the time you will have some delicious stuffed mushrooms to feed your guests.

Chicken Curry Balls

Chicken is very versatile meat that everyone likes. Next we will guide you to make some delicious chicken balls.

As this dish is intended to be served as an apprehensive, remember that the portions must be small.


For this dish you will need:

  • 350 grams of cooked chicken

  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,

  • 3 tbsp of raisins,

  • 2 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs,

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½ tablespoons curry

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 100 grams of unroasted breadcrumbs.


The first thing we need to do is grind the cooked chicken finely. When you are done, place the chicken in a bowl and cover it while we continue with the preparation.

Finely chop the raisins and onion. Then add the chicken and lemon juice to the bowl. Form a mixture with all the ingredients except the egg and half of the unroasted breadcrumbs.

Prepare a tray and with your hands or a couple of spoons make 24 balls. If you use your hands, do not forget to moisten them so that the mixture does not stick.

You place each ball on a tray considering a small space between them so that they do not lose their shape.

Now in a container We lightly beat the egg and in another we will have the bread crumbs. Dip the balls in the egg, stir them with the breadcrumbs and put them on a tray.

When it takes a good part of the breaded balls, place a frying pan on the fire with the oil. When hot, fry the chicken balls.

Do not forget to turn on the sides so that they are crisp. At that point, take them out, drain them and let them cool.

To serve, prepare the mayonnaise with the curry and serve in a scooped container for diners to take their desired portion.
