'Heartstopper' releases trailer for season 1 on Netflix
The first official trailer for the first season debuted on Netflix last Wednesday, March 16, 2022, giving us a glimpse of the new plot of the love story. The preview is quite short, it lasts 1 minute and 10 seconds, where it highlights the appearance of Charlie and Nick on the screen for the first time.
In the first scenes of the trailer we are shown the perspectives of the relationship of both characters, we also observe the personality that characterizes them. We can notice at a glance that both are very different and have opposite thoughts and freedoms.
Then, we can see Charlie in his anxious room, since he receives a message from a girl with whom he has romantic intentions. In the next scene, we see the first interaction that Nick and Charlie have while they are in high school, an uncomfortable tension is felt from the first meeting.
Charlie is an openly gay person, on the other hand, Nick is a serious and reserved rugby player who keeps his intentions secret. Nick sees Charlie's look of desire on him and tries to avoid it, since he's a very intense person and prefers to ignore it and move on.
However, Charlie is not going to go without an answer from his lover and decides to go to his house to stalk him after school and they end up having a brief and mysterious conversation.

Netflix content director Ted Sarandos published the announcement of the premiere date of the series along with the official trailer for " Heartstopper ". Indicating that the first season of the new adaptation of Alice Oseman's novel will be available on April 22 in the streaming platform's catalog.
