The series 'Separation' became a trend on Apple TV +
The new original title of Apple TV + has become in one of the most watched science fiction series on the entire platform.
The series " Separation " marked its premiere a couple of weeks ago and in a short time it has managed to top the list of the 10 most watched productions of the streaming company.
The new title has increased the popularity of Apple TV + placing it at the fore with Netflix and HBO Max according to the public and global critics. This is because, the series managed to get a near perfect rating, with 99.8% consensus on 'Rotten Tomatoes' the most famous movie review site on the web.
A couple of days ago, the platform's executive producers confirmed that " Separation " is working on the production of a second installment. At first, the directors of Apple TV + had agreed to finish the story, however, after the success of its 10 episodes, they decided to renew the story of 'Mark Scout'.
About the production of 'Separation'
'Separation' was created by the American screenwriter 'Dan Erickson', and the cast of season 1 is headed by: 'Adam Scott', 'Zach Cherry' and 'Britt Lower'.
The story is set in 'Lumen Industries', a renowned company that has a never-before-seen dystopian goal. The company wants to take employees' work and personal lives to a new level by performing neurological procedures that allow them to separate memories of work and life.
The protagonist of the series is 'Mark Scout', a man who works in the company as director of a specialized team. In his team we observe the tests carried out by each of the employees, which includes undergoing surgical procedures.
The more they experimented with the employees, the more Mark realized that the procedure was becoming more and more harmful to humanity. The protagonist will be immersed in a terrible mystery that will make him question whether the interventions carried out by 'Lumen Industries' are right or not.
'Separation' announces the premiere of the trailer and new images of season 2
The director and screenwriter 'Dan Erickson' attended an interview with 'The Guardians' to reveal details about the unreleased material from 'Separation' season 2. During his statement, he stated that the filming of the second season began in May 2022 and will soon hit the small screen.
Apple TV + has already confirmed the publication date of the first official images of the new installment, which will be accompanied by a new production trailer. Both activities are scheduled for August 29, 2022 and will be broadcast through the digital platform and social networks of Apple TV +.
When does the second season of the series arrive?
The first part of the series will be released in December 2022, it will have 6 episodes. The second part will premiere in February 2023 and will consist of 4 episodes.
