Christmas sushi cake

If you are one of those who like oriental food and want to do something special for the Christmas season, this sushi cake is a great idea.

This cake is formed in layers in which rice, nori seaweed, mayonnaise, tuna, avocado and smoked salmon are integrated.

To assemble the cake, use a round mold for cold cakes, and intersperse layers of rice with the mentioned ingredients. Save the salmon for last, to give a special touch. And that's it!

When serving, assemble these cakes on each plate. Remember that you can use the combination of vegetables and ingredients that you like the most and in the amount you want.

Appetizers in glasses for Christmas

Another different and entertaining way to make an allusive presentation for Christmas are these unique shots. Make sure that the glasses where they serve are small so that you can give a portion to each person.

Now, layer on tzatsiki yogurt, some chopped cucumber, and a little salmon pate. According to the glass you can place it with an ice cream scoop. If not with two spoons you can help yourself.

This presentation, in addition to being unique, is very nutritious, and many will love it. Do not forget to serve with a spoon or palette, to be able to remove all the contents of the glass.

Cucumber rolls with salad

Another way is to make cucumber rolls with salad. You will need for this appetizer cucumber, pomegranate seeds. And for the salad, lemon juice, salt, cabbage, carrots and mayonnaise.

Wash the carrot and cabbage very well. You can grate the carrot and chop the cabbage very finely. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.

Then clean the cucumber well and cut thin slices crosswise. You can chop, but they will be finer with a potato peeler.

When the salad is cold, you can take a cucumber strip and roll it into a ring with chives, leaving space in the center to be able to place the salad.

When you have the rings, fill and add a little pomegranate seeds and voilà, you can be used to liven up the meeting.

Caviar bites

Caviar is one of the most elegant foods you can serve. Remember that this has a quite spicy touch so to avoid inconveniences, you can take advantage of serving the portions on your own.

You can also make the different types of caviar that you get. It can be black caviar or red salmon caviar, or seaweed. Whichever presentation you choose, these can be served on slices of bread, cookies, or make some rolls with sheets of salted tortillas.

Remember to only place a moderate amount according to the portion of salty, or base you have.
