With a combination of lemon juice, vinegar and Chile you can enjoy the acid flavor that this dressing will bring to your dishes.

This Cilantro and Jalapeño Vinaigrette is perfect if you use it to accompany a mixture of lettuces or a salad with tomato, or to dress a salad of pickled nopales.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups of lemon juice.

  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.

  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup.

  • 1/4 cups of fresh coriander.

  • 1 clove garlic.

  • 1 jalapeño pepper.

  • 3 tablespoons of nugget.

  • 1 tablespoon of salt.

  • 1 tablespoon of pepper.

  • 1 cup of avocado oil.
