A previously parboiled and shredded chicken breast.
Steps for the preparation of chicken salad with yogurt sauce
Cut the beet into pieces and place them in a bowl along with the peas, corn, beans and spinach, also chopped into small pieces. Mix everything well to integrate them.
Grate the eggs into the bowl, then cut the onion into julienne strips and add them to the bowl. Mix again to integrate.
Add the shredded chicken breast in the bowl where the rest of the vegetables are and mix.
To make the yogurt sauce, take another bowl and pour the Greek yogurt into it, followed by the lemon juice, the finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Subsequently, crush the garlic to form a paste and pour it into the yogurt. Mix everything very well.

250 grams of cookie.
100 grams of butter.

Steps for the preparation of the yogurt cake
In an electric mixer or kitchen robot, place the cookies and let them pulverize. If you do not have these devices, place the cookies in a plastic bag and with the help of a roller, crush them.
Put the butter in a bowl and microwave it to melt it. After it is melted, add the crushed biscuit and mix until it forms a dough with a sandy shape.
Place the dough in a round mold of about 20 centimeters previously greased and flatten with a spoon or palette. Ideally, the mold should be removable.
Put the mold in the fridge while you make the filling. Keep in mind that the ideal is for the base to cool down.
For the filling, place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of water and let them hydrate for at least 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the condensed milk in the microwave or on the stove until it reaches a boiling point.
Drain the gelatin sheets and place one of these in the hot condensed milk, while beating at high speed with an electric mixer. When it has fully integrated, continue with the next one.
Once you have completely beaten the mixture and there are no lumps, add the Greek yogurt and mix with a paddle.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream with electric rods and once it is assembled, add it to the previous mixture with encircling movements and using a paddle.
Take the mold out of the fridge and pour the yogurt filling little by little, then smooth the surface. Then, cover with transparent plastic wrap, touching the surface.
Store the mold in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. At the time of serving, unmold, passing a knife through the walls of the mold and decorate with whatever you like.
Pork loin with yogurt sauce
A little salt and pepper to taste.
Two slices of salmon loin.
A tablespoon of olive oil.
250 milliliters of Greek yogurt.
A garlic clove.
A tablespoon of mustard.

Crush the garlic cloves to form a paste and set aside.

Sauté the onion previously cut into julienne strips in a pot and add a pinch of salt. Let it cook until golden brown for a couple of minutes.
Peel the apple and cut it into medium pieces, then add it to the pot and let it cook with the onion for a few minutes.
Cut the beet into medium pieces and also add them to the pot and mix so that the flavors are integrated. A good idea is to cook the beet beforehand so that it takes less time to cook in the pot.
Add the vegetable broth and raise the heat to the maximum. Let all this boil for ten minutes.
