The combination of quinoa and tofu gives great results.
  1. The first thing will be to chop the onion into small pieces, which we will put together in a preheated pan with olive oil with the mushrooms. While these two ingredients are frying, add the tofu and let it cook until it has lost all the water.

  2. In a separate bowl, crush the chickpeas with whatever we have best and add the sauce. In turn, add the sliced black olives and all the spices. To have consistency, we include breadcrumbs until the dough is ready and suitable for molding.

  3. We will proceed to start shaping our dough with portions of around 150-200 grams.

  4. With a hot pan with oil or butter, we will place our hamburger dough to cook. We will leave them about 5 minutes on each side so that they are toasted.

And ready. Now it only remains to serve with other ingredients of our preference, but that are equally vegan.
