Ingredients

With this recipe you can prepare portions for 4 people, remember to double or divide the ingredients according to the number of diners you have.

  • Olive oil

  • 8 slices of Iberian ham

  • Grated cheese

  • Mushrooms

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 50 grams of flour

  • 500 milliliters of milk

Step-by-step preparation

Start by cleaning and chopping the mushrooms into small pieces. Then, prepare a pan with a little olive oil and bring to the kitchen over low heat.

When it has heated add the minced or grated garlic. Let the garlic toast a little and add the chopped mushrooms with a little salt and pepper.
