Ingredients

  • 60 grams of cocoa butter

  • 150 grams of milk chocolate

  • 80 grams of puffed rice

  • 125 grams of dark chocolate

Step by step of homemade chocolate nougat

Chop the two chocolates into small pieces. You can make a knife, or grate if you want.

Now, in a microwave-safe container, add the butter along with the chopped chocolates and mix everything very well.

Then, microwave for about 2 minutes. Always aware that the chocolate does not burn.

Use intervals of less than seconds if you don't fully control the microwave heat.

When all the ingredients are well melted, stir well, so that the butter is integrated, and you can add the puffed rice.

When you have everything ready, keep mixing until you add to the mold.

When you have poured the mixture, spread well, cover with transparent paper and refrigerate for a few hours. 2 hours may be enough, it all depends on your refrigerator.

At the end of the time, check that the nougat is hard and unmold. Let's eat!
