For this technique the steps are:
Combine the water with the lemon juice in equal parts, in a bowl.
Submerge the mushrooms one by one in the bowl, while quickly cleaning them with your fingers. If it has a lot of soil, you can do a previous wash with cold water and then with the lemon.
With a cloth, remove excess liquid.
Now, repeat the process with the next mushroom.
