  • 100 grams of wheat flour.

Preparation of breaded chicken breasts

Before starting, you should consider not filleting the chicken breasts, because they can be dry when cooked.

  1. First you must place the beaten eggs in a deep container. In a second container the wheat flour and in a third container the Japanese breadcrumbs together with the pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and we unite it very well.

  2. Having the containers for the breading, we do it in an orderly manner, pass through the wheat flour, then through the beaten egg and the Japanese breadcrumbs, until the chicken breasts are finished.

  3. Transfer to air fryer pan, placing them side by side. Add a few drops of oil on the breasts.

  4. Program the cooking for 10 minutes at a temperature of 190° C.
