Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes.

  • ¼ white onion.

  • 1 clove garlic.

  • 3 serrano peppers.

  • 3 tomatoes.

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes, tomatoes and serrano peppers very well. Remove the shell and dice the potatoes.

  2. Cut the tomato into squares and the chiles into strips or slices.
