An idea for a healthy breakfast to lose weight is to prepare these quick oatmeal prawns. Its flavor is very pleasing to the palate, and it contains many nutrients.

Since time immemorial they have been considered an option for cholesterol control due to the amount of antioxidants they contain. On the other hand, it has shown its properties to purify the blood and regulate sugar levels.

Due to its high fiber content, oatmeal helps regulate the digestive system, and therefore helps control weight. Especially during breakfast, as it allows the body systems to work properly during the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch of sea salt.

  • 200 grams of oat flakes.

  • 40 grams of goji berries.

  • 500 milliliters of water.

  • 2 small spoonfuls of cinnamon.

  • 500 milliliters of rice milk.

Preparation

  1. In a pot, place the oats in flakes to toast a little.

  2. First add the water and a pinch of salt.

  3. Then add rice milk and a tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Cook over medium heat and stir with a paddle until thick.

  5. Now remove from heat so it doesn't thicken too much.

  6. Wait for it to cool down a bit and serve the portions.

  7. Add a little cinnamon and goji berries and voila!

As you will see, the preparation is very simple, just be careful with the cooking times of the oats.

You may be tempted to cover them, but this will cause them to overflow and waste quite a bit of food. So watch the kitchen from start to finish.

The average cooking time is 20 minutes, so let the heat do its thing while you get the other things done.
