Sandwich with peppers.

Knowing that peppers are one of the healthiest foods, we couldn't miss the opportunity to introduce you to this excellent pepper sandwich option for an afternoon snack, or whatever meal you want. With this preparation you can have a meal loaded with vitamin C with a very particular flavor.

On the other hand, you will be able to get a great contribution of iron, which is great for the immune system to be stimulated and up to date. This dish is suitable for both adults and children as a nutritional supplement. So let's get started.

Ingredients

  • Butter.

  • 2 eggs.

  • Salt.

  • 4 slices of bread.

  • 1/2 thick slice of ham.

  • Pepper.

  • 80 grams of cheddar cheese.

  • 50 grams of green pepper.

  • 50 grams of red pepper.

  • 2 tablespoons of onion.

  • 2 slices of American type cheese.

Preparation of sandwich of peppers for dinner

  1. The first thing is to clean and chop all the vegetables very well.

  2. Then cut the bread into slices. We will cut these through the center, leaving a finger of space between each square.

  3. We will take the eggs and place them in a bowl with salt and pepper, to taste. We proceed to beat them with a fork.

  4. We put a little of the ham, peppers and onion, but not all. Mix a little and reserve.

  5. We will heat a pan over medium heat and when it is ready, lower the heat and melt the butter.

  6. Place the slice of bread with the hole in the pan and add our mixture to the center of the bread. When cooking a little we add the grated cheese so that it gratins.

  7. Once ready, we place a smooth slice and proceed to flip.

    Let it roast for about 3 minutes.

  8. Once the time has passed, we remove and repeat the process with all the ingredients until finished.

  9. And ready, serve and enjoy.
