Zucchini pie with potatoes

Ingredients
4 eggs.
1 puff pastry base.
Salt.
250 grams of potatoes.
Pepper.
200 grams of courgettes.
200 milliliters of milk cream.

Preparation of potato cake
Keep in mind that while you can buy pre-made puff pastry, you can also make it at home in just a few steps.
Now, spread the dough on a flat surface, previously floured.
When you have achieved the ideal thickness to cover the tray, with the help of a fork pierce the entire surface of the dough.
Cover the tray and place something heavy, like raw chickpeas so that the dough stays in the desired shape.
Then, take it to the oven for 10 minutes programmed at 180 ° C. The golden color of the dough will tell you the exact point when it is ready.
While the dough is ready. Clean the potatoes, peel and cut them. Make sure they are all the same size and thickness. If it helps, use a mandolin.
