To replace common flour, which comes from cereals such as wheat, we opted for almond flour. Almonds are a dry fruit that has a high fat percentage, and although we can consume them in their whole form, they can also be ground.
Sugar, for its part, we have different substitutes, but we can use Stevia, of course, in small portions.
Now, let's start by bringing all the ingredients to the table, and these are the following:
1 1/3 of almond flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
8 cd of cream cheese.
¼ tsp Stevia.
2 tsp vanilla extract.
½ cup of blueberries.
The easiest way to make this keto diet recipes is by using the blender. In it, introduce the eggs, cream cheese, stevia and vanilla extract. Blend well to mix.
Then, stop the blending process, and integrate the almond flour and baking powder, blend until you see that the flour dissolves.
Now pour the mixture into a bowl and integrate the blueberries and mix with a spoon, ready, all that remains is to put a little mixture in the pan and cook the pancake.
2. Keto omelette
This is one of the easiest keto diet recipes to make for your breakfast. The omelette is a kind of tortilla that can be seasoned with spices, vegetables and other elements that make it more appetizing.
This keto omelette recipe is based on the egg, this is another of the main foods that you can consume on the diet. In itself it is a source of protein, but it is recommended to consume it with the yolk, since it has a high fat content.

2 large eggs.
28 g of turkey ham.
½ tsp butter.
6 cd of cheese.
2 cd of cream cheese.
2 tsp heavy whipping cream.
½ cup of baby spinach.
2 Cherry tomatoes or 1 standard tomato.
1 tsp dried oregano.
Black pepper and salt to taste.
Start by beating the eggs together with the whipped cream, and seasoning them in a bowl with the salt and ground pepper. Then reserve them and proceed to slice the tomatoes, mushrooms and if you like to cut the spinach, reserve these as well.
Then, grate the cheese separately in another bowl. Keep in mind that this cheese must have enough fat content so that it can melt and solidify off the heat. The cheese, save it while you turn on the stove and assemble your pan with the butter.
Let the butter melt and when it is ready place the grated cheese. Put it on medium heat, in this way it will melt and bubble.
Already at this boiling point, proceed to integrate the egg mixture on it. Spread it all over the pan, and when it starts to bubble, place the vegetables, the turkey, the dried oregano distributed, along with the tablespoons of cream cheese in the middle of the omelette.
Let it cook a little over low heat, and then with a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette, thus covering the vegetables. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and take it to the plate.

¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp minced garlic.
½ tsp paprika flakes.
To start with this recipe, you must take your breasts and season them. Therefore, spread the oil over them, take ½ tsp of salt, the paprika, the onion and the garlic, all powdered, mix them in a separate mini bowl and then spread it on the chicken.
Before reserving the breasts, open them on one of their sides, making a kind of pocket to introduce the stuffing.
Now we move on to the filling, for this in a bowl mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, spinach, finely chopped garlic and red pepper flakes, along with ½ tsp of salt.
Finish by filling each of the breasts, and take them to the oven for 30 minutes without covering.
Remove it from the oven and accompany it with more spinach or cauliflower puree.
