Dayton, Ohio, police are investigating officers who have forcibly removed a paraplegic black man from his car after the man told police officers that he could not get out of the car because He could not move, the police went to violence, pulling him out by the hair and throwing him to the ground.

The officers charged with the mistreatment and racism of Clifford Owensby, stopped the car for a routine check of illegal drugs.
