Girl faces the "Blac Ax" sect, a Nigerian mafia with voodoo rituals and sexual slavery
Mafia ritual

In the south of Italy, in Sicily, the Palermo police were in charge of capturing four Nigerians, who were accused of kidnapping, human trafficking, slavery, aid, advice for legal immigration and exploitation for prostitution.

The capture of the individuals was possible thanks to the complaint made by a young woman who managed to escape from the mafia faction "Dark Ax". Later, he filed a complaint.

In a police statement it was noted that the victim was kidnapped in his home nation by several men who were part of the sect called Black Ax.

The young woman found out how to free herself due to the intervention of a compatriot, and subsequently promised to go to Italy, to be a slave to that group.

Consequently, it was exposed to the voodoo ceremony in which she had to promise to return the 15,000 euros that he needed to arrive illegally in the national territory, according to the Police.

Upon arriving in the capital of the Italian island, she had to prostitute herself to pay the debt money, since she was in a state of submission and death threats. In the end, the young woman managed to escape and went to the pastor, who received death threats for helping her.

The investigative work made it possible to affirm the lady's joints and obtain significant evidence of the charges against the current detainees, as well as their registration in the mysterious organization, according to the police.

"Black Ax" a sect

Related to illegal exploitation, misrepresentation of the web and murder, "Black Axe" is famous for the scandalous savagery used by its members, as well as for its mafia structure.

In addition, it is one of the most dangerous organized criminal groups on the planet, with groups in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.

The captures required the collaboration of the Taranto police, in southeastern Italy, since three of the suspects were captured outside Sicily, in the city of Puglia. They are all in court.

Voodoo is more than witchcraft

For many women, voodoo is a religion through which they are dragged through many kilometers of desert to reach Spain. They become forced to practice prostitution, contracting debts that are unpayable.

Loveth, was a victim of trafficking until 2017. She is currently a survivor. They cut her fingernails and toenails, and they also cut her body.

This was kept in a bag to be used in case of non-payment of any outstanding debt.

The general director of the Association for the Prevention, Reinsertion and Attention to Prostituted Women (Apramp), Rocío Mora, clarified that voodoo is normally thought to be a ritual and witchcraft. However, he considers that it is much more than witchcraft.

Loveth was made to swear in a ritual, with his mother present, that he would not run away, that he would not listen to the police. The young woman stated that when she was little, she was taught that through the oath to the gods, she would be protected from evil.

In a short film made by the campaign directed by the filmmaker and presenter, Mabel Lozano, Loveth stated that at the beginning when they forced her into prostitution, she felt so much pain that she felt like she was going to give birth, every time she went to the bathroom.

Lozano believes that through short films it is possible to raise awareness among young people of the present and the future.

José Nieto, chief inspector of the National Police Corps (CNP), assures that these are possibly the most inhuman and cruel mafias, having a double nuance: deceiving for a supposed better life and threat of black magic.
