Global protests against climate change days before the UN summit

The UN summit has climate change as its central theme. It has been called the Climate Summit in New York, where actions will be analyzed to begin to control climate change, despite the fact that many other summits deal with the same issue.

However, to put pressure on these mechanisms of action, thousands of students went out to block the streets of the world where they protest for better weather conditions. The measures must be urgent and of action, in addition it must depart from the political promise.

It is estimated that there will be at least 5,000 public demonstrations in at least 156 countries next Friday, September 27, although the global strike for the environment has already begun. In Berlin, some 100,000 protesters took to the streets to protest for real change, in one of the most polluting countries in the world.

In the United States, a greater social commitment is being sought so as not to pollute the country. It is believed that 30% of the American population does not believe in climate change and even its executive leaders do not support environmental causes.

This time a real political change is needed. The last major agreement signed was in Paris during 2015, where it was planned that the temperature would not increase further and would remain at 1.5. However, four years later very few or no actions have been carried out.

From now on it is believed that there will be more Category 5 hurricanes such as Dorian, earthquakes and greater soil erosion. Nature will begin to eliminate the plague that humans have become.
