This preparation will not take more than 20 minutes and will give you 2 good servings.

You will need to

  • 500 milliliters of buffalo sauce,

  • 500 grams of chicken wing,

  • ½ tablespoons of paprika,

  • 125 grams of flour,

  • 3 garlic cloves,

  • ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper,

  • 1 tablespoon of salt,

  • ½ tablespoons of black pepper.

1. Start by preheating the oven to 200 °C.

2. Wash and chop each wing in half without removing the leather or skin.

3. Now, in a container, place the flour, cayenne, salt, peppers, paprika and garlic.

4. Mix all the ingredients and place each part of the wings in the flour to give it a flour bath.

5. Prepare a tray, place a layer of aluminum foil and place the wings once they are breaded.

This tray must be able to go to the oven so if it is aluminum better. If you don't have aluminum foil, you can put a layer of butter on it.

6. When you have filled the tray with the wings, bake for about 20 minutes or so.

7. After the time is up, remove the tray without turning off the oven. Dip the buffalo wings in the sauce.

8. Verify that all wings have a sauce bath throughout their shape.

9. Turn the buffalo wings over and bake again for at least 12 minutes.

10. When the time is reached, turn the oven off and remove the tray.
