The director of "The Squid Game" affirms that the following season is already official
The series The Squid Game premiered on Netflix in September of this year and quickly became very famous, its viewers increased, becoming the most viewed series on Netflix in just 1 month.
This series has caused a great impact on the platform and is a series with one of the most immersive plots of all, however, fans have started talking about season 2, since the series left many people intrigued by its ending opened.

The Second Season Of “The Squid Game” Is Officially Confirmed By Hwang Dong-Hyuk
Recently Hwang Dong-Hyuk decided to take the initiative to make the future installment of his most famous series official, after having considered all the possibilities and brainstormed ideas that would help him create scenarios and plots for "The Squid Game".
He appeared with "Associated Press" in an interview and there the creator of the series expressed the following words:
“Now it is official, there is going to be a new season. So far all the work is in my head and I find myself trying to come up with the best plans to make the second season amazing”, Hwang Dong-Hyuk concluded in the interview he had with the news agency.
The famous Korean director did not give many details about the new installment, he did not want to talk about the plot or what he has for the second season.
Since, he wants to keep his ideas a secret to cause that suspense effect between everyone and that they create their own conclusions.
Who will appear for the next season of "Squid Game"?
During his brief interview he had with the agency "Associated Press" they asked him who will be the characters that will appear in the new season.
Hwang mentioned that so far he will not talk much about the characters, but, he made it clear that Seong Gi-hun will be the participant No. 426.
In addition, he mentioned that this character will continue to be the protagonist for the next installment and that he will be in charge of revealing the secrets of the terrible murder event.
At the end of the series he ends up winning and when he is at the airport and calls the organizers of the game he makes the decision to return to seek revenge and end the terrible wheel of murders. Possibly, the following season will continue this unfinished plot.
