Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons of honey.
200 grams of amaranth.
200 grams of semi bitter chocolate.
Step by step of chocolate amaranth snacks
The first thing to do is clean the amaranth well and let its leaves dry.
Now, take a tray and place a layer of wax paper on it, so that the mixture doesn't stick.
Then, grate or chop the chocolate as much as you can. You can choose between taking the chocolate to a pot and melting it in a bain-marie or doing it in the microwave. In any case, try not to burn.
When the chocolate is melted, add the amaranth in small pieces and mix very well.
Once the amaranth is integrated, add the honey. When you solve, you will get a dense mixture.
Transfer to the tray that you prepared in advance. Try to achieve an even placement, help yourself with a spoon if necessary to level the mixture.
Then, take it to a rack to compact it. When it has hardened, you can assemble squares or strips, with the help of a knife, greased. And ready!
