Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 300 grams of bread.

  • 250 grams of sugar.

  • 1 liter of milk.

Step by step of the preparation of bread pudding to recycle

  1. Put the milk in a large container. Make sure it is warm or ambient.

  2. Then, chop the bread into pieces and add them to the milk.

  3. Let soak for about 25 minutes.

  4. While the clock is ticking, place the water and sugar in a pot to make the caramel.

  5. Take the mold in which you will make the pudding and have it at hand, so that when the caramel is there, you can add it to the mold and cover the inner surface with it. Now, you have two options, blend the bread, if it hasn't hydrated enough. Or failing that, use it like this, if it has hydrated enough. This will only affect the texture of the pudding.

  6. Chosen the method, add the eggs and sugar. Mix well to take it to the mold with the caramel.

  7. Take the mold with the mixture to the oven and place a little water on the plate, now that I cook it in a bain-marie.

  8. The bread pudding will take at least 1 hour to cook at 160°C.

  9. At the end of the time, wait for it to cool down, unmold and serve a good portion of bread pudding. And that's it!
