Eggplant and cheese meatballs in sauce recipe

Preparation of eggplant and cheese meatballs in sauce
First you have to wash the aubergines and dry them. You can help yourself with an absorbent paper.
Then, place them in a mold or tray, to add a little olive oil.
Then, take the aubergines to the oven at 180 ° C.
After 20 minutes, the aubergines will be ready. Wait enough time for them to cool before peeling them and removing the pulp.
