Healthy breakfast: natural yogurt and seeds
The first meal of the day is very important, since food provides us with energy, nutrients and water, hence the importance of choosing what to eat wisely. With this recipe for natural yogurt and seeds, you can have a healthy, fast and nutritious breakfast.
Remember that the idea is not to recharge this meal with carbohydrates and sugars. If not on the contrary, fill it with the greatest amount of nutrients, without forgetting carbohydrates.

50 grams of cream cheese.

Preparation
