What do you need for the preparation?
One kilogram of oatmeal
3 eggs
150 grams of oatmeal flakes
150 grams of sugar
2 carrots
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
150 milliliters of oil (preferably olive)
Steps to prepare the cake with oatmeal
Mix the eggs and sugar: Ideally, the mixture is homogeneous. In addition, the eggs must be beaten to the point of doubling their volume. Use a glass bowl preferably.
Add the oil and carrot: We must try to grate the carrot so that its appearance is better in the cake, then it is added to the mixture little by little along with the oil. Keep beating.
Incorporate the rest of the ingredients: The mixture must be homogeneous, you can add the vanea in flakes little by little and later the oatmeal and cinnamon in the same way.
Baked: The time has come, but before putting it in the oven, spread oil and flour in a mold bordering the entire interior and bottom. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 140 degrees Celsius.
The only thing left to do is to supervise its cooking, when you take it out, let it rest for about 15 minutes. You can accompany it with a cup of tea or a glass of milk to liven up your delicious dessert.
