Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa,

  • 1 cup of boiling water,

  • Sift dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda and reserve.

  • Place the water in a pot over high heat, when it boils remove and add the cocoa to dissolve. Reserve.

  • Then to blend, place the chopped bananas with the oil, salt, vanilla extract, milk and sugar in the blender glass.

  • Add the powders to the blender. Once integrated, pour the hot water with the cocoa and continue mixing.

  • In medium-sized molds preferably or those you have, previously greased and floured, put the mixture.

  • Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

  • Remember to insert a toothpick in the center of the molds, about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time to verify that it comes out clean.

  • Let stand until cool and then unmold.

Presentation
