Fun Facts About Crackers

These originated in 1801 thanks to an accident, like most dishes, in the kitchen. The tambourine allowed some cookies to pass through and as the diners crunching was heard when eating, he slipped "crackers" on them, which means crunchy.

An example of these are soda cookies, the so- called "krakers" original and honey flavor, the social club cookies. All based on this great concept.

It is possible then that if you are lovers of these cookies you can make your own version, cheaper and more profitable than the one offered by shops. In addition, depending on the type of flour it will be much healthier.

They are great to eat on any occasion and to take to any event. Try to keep them in a cool place and in an airtight container. Go ahead and replicate the flavor of the cookies you like the most with this recipe for crispy chickpea crackers.
