Satiating; Thanks to this food we are able to reduce hunger and the urge to eat compulsively. In other words, it eliminates the anxiety to eat.

Fiber ; Due to its high fiber content, it regulates digestion, ends constipation and helps to go to the bathroom more punctually.

Diuretics ; Thanks to this, it reduces swelling and reduces fluid retention.

Vitamins ; This food is also a good source of vitamins, among which vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and vitamin E.

Potassium ; Finally we have that oatmeal is food that provides potassium. In fact, in every 100 grams of oats there are 355 g of potassium. Because of this it is considered a good way to obtain this nutrient.
